General conditions

  1. Conclusion of the contract
    The guest enters in to the contract with booking and acceptance. If there is no time for acceptance the guest enters in to the contract too if the apartment is appropriated.

  2. Payment
    Final payment in its entirety is at least 7 days before arrival including visitors tax, cleaning, and rental fee to the account which has been indicated with the confirmation. In case there are less than 7 days from order to arrival time, the payment is due immediately.

  3. Arrival/Departure
    The apartments are available on arrival day from 3.00 p.m. The apartments has to be left by 11.00 a.m. on the last day.

  4. Cancellations
    In case of a cancellation, we will fully refund any money received, if we are able to find another tenant for your cancelled reservation dates. We will refund only 20% of the money for unused days. We recommend to contract a trip cancellation insurance.

  5. Pets
    Pets are not allowed.

  6. Smoking
    Smoking in apartments of the holiday home and on the stairs of the holiday home is forbidden.

  7. Liability
    The guest has to pay any self-caused damages, except it was normal wear.

  8. WiFi Usage
    The use of our WiFi service is only possible during the reservation period. We will always try to make the service available, but it may be interrupted, limited or curtailed at any time. We are not responsible for data, messages or pages that you may lose or that become misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the service. We reserve the right to immediately and without notice, suspend or restrict your access to the service. The use of our service is protected by an access code. The tenant is not allowed to pass the access code on to third party or to allow third party access to the service. The tenant uses our service at own risk. We are not liable for any caused damages that occur during the use of our service. We are not a publisher of third-party content that can be accessed through the service and are not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, services or other information provided by third parties and accessible through the service. The tenant are responsible for evaluating such content. It should be noted that malware can get onto the device of the tenant connected to the service, which can cause damage there. The service is made available provided:
    • The tenant does not use the service for anything unlawful, immoral or improper;
    • The tenant does not access or contribute any illegal content;
    • The tenant does not access/reproduce/distribute any copyrighted goods illegally;
    • The tenant observes youth protection regulations;
    • The tenant does not distribute any harassing, libelous or threatening content;
    • The tenant does not use our service for any distribution of Spam or any other illegal advertising.

  9. Property Descriptions / Interpretations and Disputes
    All descriptions and information such as distances, house data, rates, etc., are given in good faith. We are not liable for any minor mistakes or inaccuracies in the property descriptions, rates etc. in any of its literature or website. These conditions constitute the entire agreement of us and the client, and they shall not be modified except in writing.
